Staff is amazing! We always look forward to seeing our CRPV family each year. Grounds are gorgeous- even friends that come visit us say so. Rooms are great. Hot tubs on the balcony are the perfect end to the night. Housekeeping staff is wonderful and leave flowers or towel characters each day Every room faces the ocean. Love Love LOVE this property!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds meticulously cared for. The pools were fantastic. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our messages at the beach. We loved all the food we had at the restaurants. The wifi was slow and sometimes not working but the management was aware and was in the process of fixing it.

First of all i would like to say that the Regina Raintree was much more than we expected. It was so sparkling clean. At daybreak the staff took to the grounds to pick up every leaf and any garbage. They raked the beach. They polished every surface daily. Absolutely amazing. All the staff were so friendly. Sara checked us in at the desk. I did bribe her with about $40.00 USD. We were put into a room that was perfect. We had oceanview. Our balcony with hottub was blooming with hibiscus and buganvilla. We had kitchenette that worked perfectly for us. One woman, Lorna,pproached us about the timeshare presentation, we declined and no one ever mentioned it again. The deal with their split from the Westin next door didnt impact us in any way. I walked over there one day. I preferred our beach and amentities. Our beach had palapas and comfy chairs. With all this said about how enjoyable our stay was, we will stay at Playa Los Arcos next Feb. when we return. It is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

Like many folks I was expecting better than I got. Several folks have wrote their experience at http://www.raintreevacationclubsucks.com/ many of us were lied to and cheated by the sales folks in their 90 minute presentation, (read 4 hours) Glad I was perpared. Will never to a clubregina again in my lifetime.
