    Neoplastic nodules are the new and abnormal growth of the cell, due to some mutation or triggering factors. The cells keep growing bigger and never die. The neoplasm can be either benign or malignant. Benign neoplastic nodules are less harmful and they do not metastasize to other body parts. Whereas malignant neoplastic nodules cause displacement of the normal cells to various parts of the body and hamper normal body function. It is very important to diagnose neoplasm at a very early stage to prevent it from growing further. The treatment for this consists of chemotherapy and radiation therapy. If not treated at an early stage, it can be fatal.
