We were impressed by the Harbor Freight Portland 1750 PSI pressure washer's cleaning power, and found its performance satisfactory. This pressure washer did well enough in tests, blasting mud and oil off our test surfaces without much trouble, though it wasn't nearly as powerful as most other models we tested, including the RYOBI RY14122.

To put simply, Harbor Freight cannot claim that they have the best pressure washer in town. It can do average cleaning and its adjustable nozzle is unpredictable. The machine comes with its own set of accessories that you can’t find elsewhere. Also, the warranty that comes with the product is incredibly short.
